Orbit AI provides tools that assist users in maintaining professional relationships.

This information may be used to generate summaries, relationship insights, and contextual updates.

Orbit AI does not claim ownership over public content collected from these platforms.

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with applicable laws and the terms of the platforms from which information originates.

Orbit AI may use artificial intelligence systems to generate:

• Summaries of public activity
• Contextual insights
• Suggested outreach messages

These outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies.

Orbit AI makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any communication before sending it.

Orbit AI does not automatically send messages on behalf of users.

You agree not to use Orbit AI to:

• Harass or stalk individuals
• Conduct unlawful surveillance
• Violate privacy rights
• Collect or distribute personal data for harmful purposes
• Impersonate another person
• Distribute spam or unsolicited mass messaging
• Violate the terms of third-party platforms

Orbit AI is designed for relationship awareness and communication assistance, not for large-scale scraping or automated marketing campaigns.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the Service.

Orbit AI relies on third-party infrastructure and services, including but not limited to:

• Authentication providers
• Cloud hosting providers
• Artificial intelligence providers
• Messaging platforms opened by the user

We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

Your use of Orbit AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store information.

All software, design, algorithms, and technology used to operate Orbit AI are owned by OrbitAI LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, resell, or reproduce any part of the Service without permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

Orbit AI is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability
• Error-free operation
• Permanent storage of data

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Orbit AI may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Misuse the Service
• Create security risks

Upon termination, your access to the platform may be revoked.

We may update these Terms periodically. When changes occur, we will update the “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Cyprus courts.
